Should there be a problem with your order, you received an incorrect order or your order is faulty, we ask that you contact us directly using the “contact” information available on the website or email us at email@example.com within 7 days after the date you received your order.
Please be sure to include your name and order details. We will do our best to help resolve any issues and will replace any prints there are deemed to be faulty. We are not able to offer refunds for any orders.
Please be advised that we only accept responsibility for the quality of the artwork and physical print and are not responsible for any damage or issues that are caused during shipping. For any issues of this nature, we advise you contact the currier service that provided the delivery. We will work to assist you where possible with any issues incurred during shipping with the currier service responsible.
